Moreover, she explains how personal, intergenerational, and cultural trauma fossilizes in unconscious contracts that often result in blame, self-sabotage, violence, and aggression toward oneself and others. Finally, she details how to release those unconscious tendencies in order to attain more peace, well-being, freedom, and the overall healing of our psyche.
