Orlando Gay Chorus was founded by a few first members on Valentine’s Day in 1990 with a mission of service; “Inspiring individuals, the community and the world through excellence in musical entertainment.“ Since then they have grown to a choir of over 100 men, women, gay, straight, bisexal, and transgender lovers of music. This episode we hear the history, stories of growth, and how the Chorus became Orlando ambassadors after the Pulse tragedy here in Orlando as told by James A Rode; Artistic Director, Carol Studer; member Board of Directors, and Joel Strack, original member, tell the inspiring tale of their journey that continues strong.
