My friend and  coaching BROTHER TIm Luce talks about the importance of brotherhood and community within a team.  Brotherhood is not just the team, but the coaches, parents, and those that belong to the communities involved.  We need to find the joys and happiness in the success of all of us as a whole.  Another chance we get to prove that its about more than just the game.
