Who is Melchizedek? This minor character in Genesis 14:18-20 is given some lofty titles like the priest of God Most High. He is mentioned in Psalm 110:4. Yet the author of Hebrews spends TWO CHAPTERS on him to expound on how the Lord Jesus is a more glorious high priest.
We will discuss this mysterious man and different theories about him. We will examine the relevant passages and explain who Melchizedek is.
