We all experience periods of mental setbacks, so it is crucial to take care of our mental health. Therefore, never take pleasure in someone else's misfortune; ask God for forgiveness if you've been hurt and have unforgiving thoughts or actions. It's important to forgive the person who wronged you. If you have wronged someone, ask God for forgiveness and strive to change your ways to live a pleasing life to the Most High.

Galatians 6:7 says, "Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow."
