In 2007 I made my way to Japan for a spiritual journey but could never have imagined how it would have all unfold.
Mount Kurama was my destination and my goal was to reach the top where Esui received the Reiki energy after a 21 day mediation.
Intangible yet all encompassing, an experience near and dear to my heart, I love sharing stories and learning of people’s techniques of how they use Reiki in their lives.
Today I have invited Andrea Lavalee, a Reiki master amongst many other beautiful things, to share with us more about Reiki. How it can be used in our lives to promote healing, reduce stress and strengthen our overall life force. This form of alternative medicine is boundless and available to all.

About the Guest: Andrea Lavallee
Andrea Lavallee is an Empowerment Coach and the founder and creator of The Empowerment Coaching Group. Andrea is a NLP Certified Practitioner, Reiki Master and Certified Angel Card Reader. With a BA in psychology she has been working with people for over 15 years in the social services field before making to jump to life coaching.
Andrea completed her coach training with The Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy, Australia (ISCA) in 2013. Andrea is very passionate about empowering others by using tools such as the Law of Attraction, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique or taking her clients through one of her many programs or workshops designed to empower.
