Positive Reframing: Pain, problems, difficulties, past Traumatic experiences can be reframed as opportunities for growth. A BAMF learns to find meaning in their suffering, perhaps using their experience to help others or raise awareness.

2 Cor. 11: 22-30 Paul ends up bragging about his humiliations and says he is like Jesus.

2 Cor. 12: 7-10 Paul asked God to remove his thorn 3 times and he did not… but Paul reframed the experience to point out Gods strength.
