Mid-Session 5 Dec 18: Aussie shares tumble on US-China trade confusion

After having its best performance of the year on Monday, the enthusiasm has dried up. The ASX 200 is down by 1.2% with widespread selling partly on scepticism of US-China trade progress and worries about the US economic outlook.
