The packs return to the physical world to find Howling King quickly returning to his old self. The Sept is now a buzz with the prospect of a war against the leeches, who had remained hidden for too long. Excitement is in the air as the Garou perform covert operations throughout the city to weaken the leeches power base and declare war in the Garou way.
