NADJESCHDA (NADJA) TARANCZEWSKI has a Master of Psychology and holds a Master Certified Coach credential by the International Coach Federation. She works as a coach, keynote speaker and is the author of the book Conscious You: Become the Hero of Your Own Story.

She was trained and licensed by McKinsey & Company as a facilitator of transformation. As a skilled facilitator of group processes and a challenging team coach, Nadjeschda’s specialty lies in supporting CEOs and their teams who want to reinvent their organisation as a Conscious Tribe, i.e. as a thriving community where people invest in inner work, understand the big picture, live deep connections and cultivate conscious rituals.

To this end, her company ConsciousU delivers blended learning programmes focused on culture transformation through inner work and action learning across all levels of the organisation.
