In Matthew 6:16 Jesus says "When you fast..." Fasting is part and parcel of been a follower of Jesus. It's not if you fast, but when you fast. There are different ways to fast, but in this message you will hear about why it is important to fast and some examples of what to fast for. Fasting is not a tool used to manipulation God, but to bring us closer to Him.
