Disabled, Kindhearted, and Clueless: On Disability and Accountability

Olivia and Raven unpack the harmful ideas in the misconceptions that disabled people are pure of heart and/or naïve, mental illness and criminal behavior are linked, and that folks struggling with mental illness can’t be held accountable for their actions. They also dive into the ableist attitudes couched in the belief that living with a disability allows people to overcome mistreating and having prejudice toward others.
