I understand how it feels to be stuck in past, feeling like your mind and emotions are out of control, and unable to move forward in your life.

It was hard for me recovering after a breakup with a girl that I thought was "the one" and I struggled with heartbreak and low self-confidence afterwards for many months.

I specialize in energy work and coaching for women in their 30's - 40's after a devastating breakup that have tried every traditional method to cope with their pain.
