Should Sha’Carri Richardson Have Been Suspended?

Sha'Carri Richardson was expected to be one of the breakout stars for the United States in the Olympics. She won the 100 meter race last month in Oregon at the Olympics...and was expected to be one of the best sprinters on the U.S. squad.

However...Sha'Carri Richardson has now been suspended for one month for violating the USADA protocols. She issued a public apology...and some feel she made a selfish decision by violating the rules.

The question is...should she have been suspended in the first place? We argue that Sha'Carri Richardson did nothing illegal...and nothing wrong. We come to the defense of Sha'Carri Richardson...and argue that it's ridiculous to be suspended in 2021 for her "violation".
