Jo’el is a graduate of Clayton State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management, and current Graduate Student at Capella University completing a Master of Health Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Operations.

Her healthcare career spans 18 years, in Perioperative Services, with a career focus is now Supply Chain Management and presently as a Senior Supply Chain Manager.

Jo'el’s employed by one of the largest Healthcare Systems in Georgia and is a mother and wife in a blended family of two boys.
