This week on the show, Greg ‘Diesel’ Williams. Chris is still hurting from the Bombers 99 prelim loss to the Blues so couldn’t make this episode unfortunately. First off, an apology for the sound. Steve had some issues with the mic on the day, so the sound quality is a little off. Diesel however is crystal clear which is the main thing Diesel has pretty much won every individual award there is possible to win at the highest level of Aussie Rules.

We talk about Diesels Tough road into league footy, which involved several rejections.

His highs and lows of footy and his struggles with CTE - a progressive brain injury caused by repeated concussions.

Diesel is now Director of Football at the Carlton Football Club.

Diesel was an idol of Steve's growing up as a passionate Carlton supporter so it was an absolute treat to sit down and chew the fat with legend of the club and most of all the game itself.
