There's nothing more important than setting the right goals, thinking big, but being realistic at the same time, looking at your current situation where you can find the deposits and really having a realistic view, but also a positive view, and also thinking of contingency plans as you work through your commercial property goals.
In this current market, we're rising interest rates and lots of vendors who are greedy, lots of deals that will fall through, and so many variables, so many life deals. With every commercial property deal, you never know whether one deal will stick or the next deal will be a better deal. See, the thing is, it's good to stick to a path, but as long as you know what your ultimate goal is, you know, know whether the key criteria you need to look forward to or that you need to put a deal together.
