In April, we began our series exploring the Multiple Dimensions of Self. Now, in May, we will go a little deeper…. Exploring the dimensions of Dream. Join us this week as Formica shares powerful insights about Lucid Dreaming and the Dimensional realms of Dream.

Formica began having lucid dreams at a very young age. Her passion for journeying in the dream dimensions lead her to become a self-taught practitioner of lucid dreaming. Later, in 1983 this passion for dreaming and learning more brought her to the Federation of Spiritual Communities of Damanhur located in Northern Italy.

Over the next 30 years, she had the extraordinary, intense and magical experience of continuing her dream research under the expert guidance and care of Falco Tarassaco, founder and spiritual guide of Damanhur. Upon his death, Falco left Formica the task to share what he had taught her. ’Transmitting’ the knowledge and experience to those who wish to awaken the ancestral power of dreaming.

Since 2013, Formica has traveled all over the world teaching this knowledge. To be a Damanhur Ambassador to the World, a writer, and a trainer in the field of Arts and Dreaming. Recently becoming one of the trainers at The Damanhur School of Dreaming.
