In this episode, I share a 5-minute gratitude exercise to help you train your mind to grow through the ups and downs of life. You can practice it solo or even with your family. 

While many situations cannot be changed, how you receive them can be changed. Finding gratitude in the present moment, as well as giving thanks ahead of time for what's to come are powerful ways to build your courage and confidence muscle and set specific goals.
