Days of our Lives fans can expect some exciting changes as Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) gains a new romantic interest and a familiar child character is aged up to a teen. In a fresh twist, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) ends up in a coma, with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) as a prime suspect in the shooting. This opens up an opportunity for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip to take over DiMera Enterprises, causing tension with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) on the NBC Peacock soap opera. 

DOOL sees that despite past conflicts, Gabi finds herself allying with Xander and Philip to ensure her fashion line's success. However, the plot thickens as Philip and Gabi's working relationship may evolve into something more than platonic. 

Days sees Arianna Horton (Lane Rosa), daughter of Gabi and Will Horton (Chandler Massey), is set to return as a teenager, adding a new dynamic to the show's younger generation. Other key developments include Xander seeking anger management counseling with Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) finding herself in danger alongside Kristen.
