For over 23 years, she has counseled and coached Administrators by providing solid communication advice and assistance with public relations through serving as the Executive Director of Communication at Oklahoma City Public Schools and now running the Center for Communication and Engagement. Kathleen also has a Masterclass Leadership podcast series for Educators, that covers all things school communications, and she helps educators who want to advance into leadership through communication coaching.
