Week 64

In Week 64, Genn and Millie continue to adapt to a VIRTUAL recording space to about the pandemic that is COVID-19. They discuss how different generations are responding to the virus, as well as some simple practices for wellbeing and personal growth during this time.

-Find a small moment of 'nexting' to invigorate your new schedule. 

-Try replying "why not" to more things. Take chances. Try something new. Put yourself out there in a way you might not normally do so.
