In Atomic Habits, James Clear states that a habit needs to contain an action, time, and location so you have a clear understanding of the implementation intention.

We are going to share 6 habits in the form of a fill-in-the-blank: “I will (action) at (time) in (location)”. We are giving you the action and you decide the time and location that fits your personality, schedule, and individual life

I will create a power list at (time) in (location)
I will complete the most difficult task from my power list at (time) in (location)
I will turn my phone on do not disturb at (time) in (location)
I will prepare my lessons for the next day at (time) in (location)

I will arrive at school at (time) and leave school at (time)
