Hayes Outlines Expections from State of the Union Address

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker will deliver the State of the Union address in Strasbourg this morning.

It will be the last before Brexit, and comes at a time when the EU faces the challenge of migration and the rise of populism in Europe.
