Last night President Trump officially named Judge Neil Gorsuch as the man to be forever known as the one who sat in the stolen SCOTUS seat. Regardless, Judge Gorsuch is making the radical right wing all tingly in the panties as they envision the end of women’s rights, worker’s rights, consumer rights, environmental laws, equality laws, and any 20th century progress toward social and economic justice. Fun times ahead. The big question for today is, What will Democrats do? Do they stand and fight for the stolen seat and force the radical republicans to end the filibuster? Or do they rollover and keep the powder dry for the next fight? I say if they keep the powder dry at least they will have dry powder when they are done as a party.
