What led me to start this podcast?

Hey Sister-friend,

In today’s episode, I share how my academic and professional journey led me to become a Life Coach and Trauma Specialist who helps women find healing from childhood trauma.

As you know life offers many experiences that can produce amazing lessons. Learn how I relied on God for discernment and direction for the next steps in each season of my life.

I explore why as Christian women, when it comes to the impacts of trauma, we can use other strategies to complement prayer as we pursue healing.

This podcast is about noticing how God prepares those he calls with just what they need to fulfill their purpose. It is about exercising courage to follow the call of God.

You may have a calling on your heart, but fear, uncertainty or perfectionism may hold you back. Please know that you can move through to your purpose.

I share the human side of my journey and the importance of giving God your yes for whatever he calls you to do – even when you feel afraid- knowing that God will equip you for the call.
