You read the Facebook post in the estrangement support group about the mother who reconciled with her formerly estranged son, and you notice the emotion coming through the words on the screen. You’re happy for these people. And yet, somewhere in your heart of hearts you wish so much that it would happen for you, and a part of you fears it never will.
