तामग्निवर्णां तपसा ज्वलन्तीं वैरोव्चनीं कर्माफलेषु जुष्टाम् |
दुर्गां देवीं शरणमहम् प्रपद्ये सुतरसि तरसे नमः || ४५ ||

tām-agni-varṇāṃ tapasā jvalantīṃ
vairovcanīṃ karmā-phaleṣu juṣṭām |
durgāṃ devīṃ śaraṇamaham
prapadye sutarasi tarase namaḥ || 45 ||

45. "To Her, the color of fire, blazing like the sun with ascetic power, and who is worshiped for attaining the fruit of action, to Her, the Goddess Durga, I go for refuge. Hail to the raft of swift crossing."
