Episode 42: VIDCAST! Baltimore, Protein Body, and the Avengers!

Well this is the audio from our new video cast! We have a youtube channel, check it out! Look for Basement Conversations, as that's what we are now! The first video cast was a smashing success! And by that, I mean a total train wreck that is bathed in the tears of children. We'll get better. We talk a bit about what's been happening in our lives, the Baltimore riots, Hillary's scandal, chat with people in the chat room, and completely mess up everything as we fool around with the equipment and the cameras. We finally wrap it up with the Avengers. Then we meander a bit and talk about how being healthy and fit is promoting a bad body image now. Somehow. Feminists, is there anything they can't turn upside down?
