Achieving Satisfying Business Results – John Lamy

In this week’s The Faces of Business episode, our guest speaker was John Lamy. John is the Principal Consultant at Lamy Consulting. John grew up in a small town in Missouri, graduated from MIT with a degree in Electrical engineering, and later went to Cornell University to receive his MBA. 

John worked at Hewlett Packard for more than 33 years then at OMEP as a senior consultant.  John spent the first part of his career in technical roles and then transitioned into human behavior and organizational performance-based roles.

John now helps companies improve performance by getting the right people in place and organizing their efforts.  John has a highly effective human-based approach developed from his passion for understanding human nature and personal performance.  I hope you enjoy learning about his background as much as I did!
