Market Close 10 Sep 21: Aussie market slumps by 1.55% this week despite Friday lift

The Australian sharemarket edged higher on Friday thanks to gains across most sectors. Unfortunately this follows the largest tumble in six and a half months on Thursday, dragging the ASX 200 lower this week.
