Today's episode was created while Diane was on inspiring vacation with her sister and cousin.  She was inspired to share her story on this episode, "A Cheerleader for Life."  Diane shares the importance of creating a community of women that rise to the challenge of Cheering for each other.  A community that honors the good and beauty in each woman.  A community based on love and connection with the self.  It is essential to build a community during your journey that helps you flourish and shine.  And this feminine energy will help you thrive in life.  Today is a new day, a fresh start to release the emotions that no longer serve you and invite positivity into your day.  Diane ends this episode with a little chakra meditation to connect with your inner child and your divine self.  We all have the potential to thrive and flourish in life but surrounding ourselves with people that bring you up to that level is a crucial component.  Diane invites you to listen to this episode and then find those women in your life that truly make you shine.  The women that make you want to be a better version of yourself and start that community you deserve.  Because united we can, Live the Dream, Have the Dream and Love the Dream.  You deserve to live the life you desire but the change begins within and each woman can support her community to shine even brighter. Cleansing Ritual: (unite with 3 women or more...)

1. Write down everything that upsets you or makes you emotional...(write the situation, people and emotions you felt)
2. Go outside together and Burn the letters while you play music.
3. Pick 1 sad song, "Someone You loved" by Lewis Capaldi is a great choice.
4. Sit in a circle and Breath deeply (use the 555 breath)
5. Pick 5 songs that really make you shine and thrive.  Or use mine: 1. Love Myself by Hailee Steinfeld, 2. No Roots by Alice Merton, 3. Keep Your Head up by Andy Grammer, 4. I Love Me by Meghan Trainer, 5 We are Family by Sister Sledge.
6. Now Dance the stress and emotions together. Laugh, giggle, shake and bond together creating new memories with your inner goddess unleashed.
