Open Honest Conversations - Part 1

In this, part 1 of a 2 part series, we take a more in-depth look at what was raised in episode 6 'Having Open and Honest Conversations with children (https://podcast.janbaylisscounselling.com.au/e/feelings/) as I discuss this and other aspects around communication and the importance of safe and healthy sharing of feelings, especially for children. I also discuss my book, 'The Good/Bad Feelings Diary' and how that can be such an excellent resource for children and parents alike.
Jerry and I ended up talking far longer than expected so we decided to split session into 2 parts, with part 2 following at the usual time next week.
