From the years 1934 to 1938, an unknown serial killer terrorized the city of Cleveland, OH. This serial killer had dismembered and killed at least 12 people, but speculated to be upwards of 20. The killings were dubbed the Torso Murders by the press and they called the killer The Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run.
