In addition to being an publisher and editor, he has been a playwright and film writer, carpenter, a producer for INN World Report and has been featured in alternative press such as Counterpunch. Sander is the founder of the Truth Party, now established in several major cities, and the Capital Cooperative Corporation. In 2006 he ran on the Green Party party ticket against Hillary Clinton for the NY Senate seat.
