Part 1 - Neville James engages with the National Weather Service for a the weekend forecast and an update on Hurricane Lee.  He is joined by Director Daryl Jaschen from VITEMA for an update on preparations and mobilization efforts prior to the storm no longer being a threat to the Virgin Islands. He then reflects on the prior hurricane seasons and the warmth of the ocean waters.
