Joining us in a second part interview are Director/Principal from RT Edgar Boroondara Glen Coutinho and his personal assistant Amy Perceval. In last weeks episode, Glen and Amy shared their strategy for client care and after sale service which by all accounts have earned them the enviable position of being the best of the best when it comes to surpassing client expectations.

In this week’s interview, we turn to the topic of ‘how do you keep the machine’ of one of the most productive offices in Australia running and how do you make all the moving parts work in sync. Glen shares his beliefs and philosophy of how you service and treat your customers should be the same way you behave and treat your staff, even when they leave you! In addition, Glen talks about the size of his team and specific roles within the office, their expansion plans and how the business partnership works.
