Cedar Key FFA members Sarah Bartholemy and Amanda Robinson and FFA advisor Dennis Voyles explain how they won the FFA Hunger Heroes Challenge – twice! While their school is on an island and the available garden space is minimal, they manage to raise vegetables that they donate to the local food pantry. They also catch fish and collect canned food to help fight hunger in their community.
This interview first aired on the April 11, 2015 “FFA Today” show on Rural Radio SiriusXM Channel 80.
