Intro: part 3 of, "The Club" as host Alpha Mike continues to give an overview of episode #109 "The Club", after the Nation audience requested more information on the subject. Part 1 covered structure, and part 2 covered purpose, Part 3 will cover contacts. 8.8 Billion spending on Halloween, per the National Retail Federdation NRF. In 2018 424, 066 minors (under 18) reported missing (runaways, abductions, family abductions). Every 40 seconds a child in the U.S. becomes missing or abducted. 2017 National Crime Information Center (NCIC) contained more than 32,000 records of children/minors missing. Cricital time period of a missing child is 3 hours which may result in death. 92% runaways, 4% family abductions, 3% missing critically, 1%non-family. 1 in 10,000 are found dead. This halloween kids will have over 120 million contacts with strangers. Estimated number of potential trick-or-treaters in 2017 — children ages 5 to 14, 41.1 million.
