I haven't yet shared about how post covid I started having panic attacks about traveling. I started sharing this (embarrassing) fact with a few close friends and many people told me, ME TOO!!!! Or just some unexpected anxiety that came from nowhere in this post-covid world.

So I found a podcast that helped me a TON and I reached out to the host to see if I could have her counsel me live on a podcast episode. Thankfully Diana Swillinger is a good sport and this may very possibly be my favorite episode to date.
