148 - The Alpha by Dannika Dark

Welcome back to the Black Arrowhead novels. To recognize Native American Heritage Month, we are jumping back into book two of this series where we get to know Hope and Tak. Hope is a local jeweler who works hard to produce and sell her craft, though not without doubt and backlash from certain people in her community. Tak, whom we met in the first book, happens to show up in town hoping to reconcile unsolved differences between his once-good friend, Lakota, who also happens to be Hope’s brother. Immediate sparks and an intense attraction form between Hope and Tak, and he can’t help the feeling that he should stay and watch over her when she’s left to run the shop alone while Melody and Lakota are out of town. There’s passion, fun quips, running naked through the woods, and an incredible romance between two people who were meant for not only each other, but also as leaders of their pack.
