The concept of "elite" performers doesn't always sit well with all of us, but in truth, there are those who demonstrate levels consistent levels of performance beyond that of most. That performance can also be at least partly traced back to the certain habits and behaviours those performers embrace more as well. In this training I seek to put aside any preconceptions I have about the idea of "elite", and instead seek to understand what footprints success leaves behind that can be imitated to achieve better outcomes for all....
