In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Stephanie Shelton, CEO and Founder of Naire’s House, a faith-based organization providing mental health services to Black women in underserved communities. Stephanie opens up about her childhood in Brooklyn, the challenges of growing up in an underserved community, and how a lack of resources inspired her mission to provide holistic support to others. She also shares her devastating loss in 2019 when her daughter, Naire, was murdered, and describes the ways in which she has transformed that grief into a mission for change.
