I spoke to Sally Benton from The Forward Trust. Sally told me about the work of the charity  supporting people to work through addictions and improve their lives for the better. and the Switch off Sunday on 15th September, encouraging us to see the world though our own eyes  not a phone screen and reconnect with our community.
