CONNOR JOHNSTONE | Bravos BJJ Blue Belt | Living with Cerebral Palsy | Road to Pam Pacific Championships

Connor Johnstone is a blue belt under Bravos BJJ and from birth was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. A group of disorders that affect movement, muscle tone, balance, and posture. However, Connor had never let the disability hold him back living life to fullest, competing in multiple sports before finding his passion in BJJ. Also, Connor is a certified Strength and Conditioning coach and aims to work with people with disabilities.
