Terri O'Fallon Ph.D. has focused the last 16 years on learning and change in human systems as an applied researcher. She has worked with hundreds of leaders studying the interventions that most effectively result in developing leaders who can effectively implement change. She has her PhD in Integral Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
