Ciarán Cuffe has set out a renewable vision as an alternative to gas and nuclear.
The Green MEP is deeply concerned about EU plans to label gas and nuclear as green or transition fuels. The labelling change will be put to the vote in the European Parliament later today.
He fears the change would encourage more investment in fossil fuels. Instead, he says it is time to turbocharge our shift to renewable energy.
