In this episode, I sit down with my guest Kenneth Mackay of Initiative2 to discuss how much money should a business invest into their online marketing.

Kenneth studied economics, so everything he does for his clients is focused on the financial benefit it will bring them. His first career was in IT project management, where he had to salvage lots of failing projects that were late and overbudget. That was good grounding for when he set up Initiative2 in 2002. This means its all about results, and clients remain without the need for lengthy contracts.
