My feed seems to be full of motivational stuff at the moment, which is great, but sometimes you need more in order to go from feeling bleurgh to getting back to your true self.

 

Here I share a few suggestions for improving your mindset but mainly how to become motivated again, even if it is just finding the motivation to begin to drag yourself out of a deep, deep funk (like I've been in!)
