Yomi Adegoke and Elizabeth Uviebinené are the co-authors of the book Slay In Your Lane: The Black Girl Bible. Elizabeth was a new a graduate when she started reading business books aimed at getting ahead. She read books like 'Lean In' by Sheryl Sandberg and ultimately discovered that there was a gap in the market. She thought that the available books weren’t written for young black women who are navigating their careers.
